Set up in January 2008, GEA Engenharia de Processos and Sistemas Industriais is a merger of Niro Instalações Industriais, Wiegang and Tuchenhagen companies, and represents the sales channel for GEA Process Engineering segment activities in the Brazilian market.
The first GEA Process Engineering company in Brazil was established in 1956 as Niro Instalações Industriais, in São Paulo city to support the drying and concentration markets.
The second GEA Process Engineering company, called Wiegand, started in 1986 to supply evaporation, crystallization and vacuum systems. Later additional technologies from GEA Kestner (2005) and GEA Messo (2006) were added.
Tuchenhagen, the third GEA Process Engineering company in Brazil, has been in operation since 1995 in the liquid process business, supplying components, systems, process lines and process integration.
As of 2012 GEA PE Brazil has the responsibility for GEA Procomac filling and packaging equipment in the Brazilian market.
GEA Engenharia de Processos and Sistemas Industriais is located in the Campinas industrial district where design teams and customer service ensure a comprehensive partnership with local presence, with over 80 employees able to cover the following activities:
