Uniloy, Inc. purchased certain assets from the Receiver and Trustee in the bankruptcy of Niigon Machines, Ltd., who was in possession of the assets abandoned by its tenant Amsler Equipment, Inc.
Uniloy to provide their industry-leading service and spare parts to the blow molding industry for Amsler branded equipment. Customers may now contact Uniloy’s skilled technicians who are experienced in the service of Amsler branded equipment for service or spare parts 24/7/365 days per year.
Uniloy will support all Amsler branded PET stretch blow molding machines, trimmers, leak testers, and ancillaries. This purchase will also allow Uniloy to further expand its PET molds offering. All operations for Uniloy PET will be conducted at our Uniloy Headquarters in Tecumseh, Michigan.
Uniloy President and CEO Brian Marston was quoted, “With the closure of Amsler Equipment Inc. operations in Vaughn, Uniloy saw an opportunity to provide our industry-leading blow molding expertise, service network, and knowledgeable associates to assist those that had been left without support.” Marston added, “At this point in time, our plan is to reach out to existing Amsler equipment owners and let them know they can now count on Uniloy to support their assets.”
To ensure that all Amsler branded equipment is supported, Uniloy enlisted the expertise of former Amsler CEO (2016-2021) Bruce Coxhead, as well as other Amsler technical staff.
Bruce Coxhead was quoted, “The most important message I have to those that currently have Amsler equipment – rest assured, you’re in good hands. I’ve worked with Brian for many years and am very familiar with the team at Uniloy. They’re the perfect fit to provide a seamless transition for all of the equipment owners left without options after Amsler closed its doors.”
Customers with Amsler equipment are encouraged to contact Bruce Coxhead for further information or your Uniloy Salesperson.
