Next Generation Recyclingmaschinen GmbH is presenting the next evolution of its Shredder-Feeder-Extruder-Combination, creating more convenience in operation, higher process-stability and higher resource-efficiency.
The Shredder-Feeder-Extruder-Combination from NGR is designed to allow the input of plastic scrap from virtually any shape and size to bring back the full value of all plastic scrap into production again = ZERO SCRAP Production. Considerations concerning process-stability, energy-efficiency as well as the material-logistics on site are accounted for in intelligent project- and machine design.
At the NPE 2015, a S:GRAN 75 V HD displays a control unit, which automatically adjusts the shredding pressure to reach optimal rPellet quality at highest resource-efficiency – in short words: a unit with Power Intelligence, for providing highest value.
The intelligent machine calls for maintenance on the touchscreen, when required. Together with incorporated maintenance-videos and electronic manuals, the machine actively assists the operator, allowing to shorten down-time and providing for higher machine utilization. Optionally, the intelligent machine comes with a web-interface for speedy monitoring of the recycling-process from qualified NGR-engineers.
NGR has developed the Shredder-Feeder-Extruder-Combinations some 20 years ago and is clearly the number one worldwide in this segment.
