Tethered Caps inspection solutions presented at Pack Passion Week

CEO Dr. Gerd Fuhrmann, who stepped in at short notice for Christoph Wynands, who had fallen ill, first showed what challenges tethered caps will pose for inspection providers in the future. Afterwards, the more than 700 participants saw on their screens with which innovative solutions the CapWatcher® Q-Line meets these challenges.

Highlights included:

• The patented, positive separation, which separates increasingly lighter caps very gently for testing.
• The patented, non-contact high-voltage test, which no longer dips into the closures and thus poses no danger to internal closure aids
• The IntraVision software, for which the orientation of tethered caps arriving unaligned is irrelevant for comprehensive inspection.
