StackTeck recently installed a state-of-the-art PET preform molding machine, a NETSTAL PET-LINE 5000 system, integrated with a high capacity Piovan dryer to complement the existing array of testing machines in the StackTeck TeckCenter.
Rick Unterlander, General Manager of PET at StackTeck, stated: “We are very excited to have this new equipment installed, and to provide our customers with extensive testing services for their PET preform molds right here in North America. Using the NETSTAL PET-LINE 5000, molds up to 144 cavities can be tested and qualified, providing our customers with production ready systems. In addition, our new test lab will accelerate our PET preform mold R&D initiatives going forward, including our latest advancements in productivity, KoolTrackTM and PiCOOLTM post mold cooling.”
