Vince has been with StackTeck since 1993 and has held the positions of Vice President of Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Mold Qualification and Repairs Center, also serving for the last 2 years as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. During 2017, StackTeck set and all-time record for mold sales, which Vince credits to an increased focus on customer service.
“The customer is the reason for everything we do. It’s about exceeding customer expectations, working leaner and more efficiently while building lasting relationships. We are looking forward to being challenged to deliver great customer experiences,” said Vince.
Randy joined StackTeck in 2006 after 22 years of working at a well-known hot runner and mold manufacturer supplier and has been a big contributor to StackTeck’s history of innovations and successes. While he will be dearly missed, we are excited for him as he embarks on this new stage in life to enjoy much deserved family time.
As Randy hands over the leadership of StackTeck to Vince, the outgoing CEO is confident that Vince will continue StackTeck’s legacy, where innovation and collaboration with customers are paramount. “He grasped it all,” Randy said. “I couldn’t be more pleased, and I have been getting consistent feedback from our customers that they are pleased as well.”
