Bandera’s sales of extrusion lines all over the world are making a continuous remarkable progress. In particular, in the first quarter of 2017 four agreements were signed for the supply of plants for the production of silo-stretch and stretch film.
The production lines are destined for leading companies in the European and Middle East markets. Regarding the technical features, the plants are 5-layer co-extrusion lines able to process top-quality stretch film and technical film with a thickness range of 15-250 μm and the possibility to process blends containing PIB (polyisobutene), both in granules and by direct injection into the extruders.
Furthermore, the lines are designed to process anti-stick raw materials and rubbers that allow a smooth passage of the film, which is crucial to a proper processing of stretch film.
The winding group is latest-generation and is equipped with a dedicated system for trimmed edges’ disposal. As with all top-of-the-range products by Bandera, these lines display a state of the art control system.
There will be a chance to see one of the four lines at The House of Extrusion® (THOE) - the innovative R&D Centre at Bandera headquarters - at the end of September 2017.
