Sidel has received the Best Supplier Award 2011 from Coca-Cola Hellenic for its superior customer services. The assessment process is conducted every three months, measuring key performance indicators defined by Coca-Cola Hellenic. The introduction of this business partner recognition scheme to the Russian market is further motivation for suppliers to enhance their performance. At the same time, it gives them the opportunity to strengthen their market position while building their reputation as a reliable business partner. And this is exactly what Sidel has successfully achieved. “This award is a fantastic recognition for our team in Russia, and the Sidel employees who support them around the world,” says Marina de Barros, Zone Vice President for Eastern & Central Europe and the Middle East. “Ultimately only our customers can tell us whether we achieve customer proximity or not.”
