Mr. Tongnat will be responsible for sales of BKG® brand products, including pelletizers, melt filtration systems, gear pumps, and valves. He will focus on sales to compounders, recyclers, and resin manufacturers.
“Samanyar brings four years of experience in the plastics industry, with a heavy emphasis on selling and servicing pelletizing systems,” said Grant Eekelschot, sales manager for Nordson’s Polymer Processing Systems (PPS) products. “He will be a key player in our program to enhance localized sales and support services.”
Samanyar Tongnat entered the plastics industry as a sales and service engineer for Gala Industries Asia. Subsequently he worked in the transportation industry as a quality manager at both Yamaha and Honda. Most recently, he was sales and marketing manager for Gala Industries.
Mr. Tongnat holds a bachelor degree in mechanical engineering from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in Australia.
In addition to his native Thai, he speaks English.
