At the beginning of 2011, the 43-year old Franz Dilly from Gmunden took over sole responsibility for the Division Greiner Assistec at Greiner Packaging. He followed Harald Rammerstorfer who had opted for a career change. ”Primarily, my responsibilities include the further development and implementation of Greiner Assistec’s product and marketing strategy. This involves the enlargement of the customer base and the enhancement of the product profile,” Dilly underscores his priorities.The distribution structure of Greiner Packaging is divided in three divisions – K, Kavo and Greiner Assistec. His career included marketing in the food sector, he worked for the foreign trade organisation within the Vienna Chamber of Commerce and he had a key account management function in the metal branch before he had come to Greiner Perfoam. At Greiner Perfoam, Dilly was Head of Distribution in the company which develops trim parts for interiors for premium automotive producers and manufactures them at 4 locations. Father of a family with sporty hobbies Franz Dilly is married and a father of two children. On the one hand, his hobbies are sports – he is an enthusiastic skier and mountaineer. On the other hand as an offset to his professional activities, he likes spending his free time reading literature.
