New Board of Directors member for the Greiner Group

The Greiner Group Supervisory Board has appointed Dipl.-Bw. Axel Kühner as an additional member of the Board of Directors to join Dr. Axel Greiner. Born in Karlsruhe, Germany Mr. Kühner will take on the function from 01.04.2009. Dkfm. Dr. Peter Greiner, who has been an interim Board of Directors member since fall 2008, will continue to support the directorship duo with his extensive experience until the end of 2009 as a third member of the Board. He will then return to the Supervisory Board. Career switch from the automobile industryThe new Director has 15 years professional experience in the automative industry behind him. The VWA Stuttgart graduate was active for Daimler AG in various locations from 1994 to 2009. The Supervisory Board is convinced that Axel Kühner will make a decisive contribution to the future business success of the Group. Dipl.-Bw.
