MANN+HUMMEL ProTec has put together a service package which caters especially for the requirements of medium-sized injection moulding businesses. For all questions regarding injection moulding, trusted experts are developing flexible and economic solutions for the conveying, drying and dosing of all types of plastics, combined with the integration of hot-runner controllers and tempering tools for reliable processing.
|
As a cooperative venture partner of well-known manufacturers, hot-runner controllers from Gammaflux Europe GmbH, Wiesbaden, and tempering tools from Single Temperiertechnik GmbH, Hochdorf are therefore offered and integrated into the package.
With the new service, we are offering our customers access to top-quality and energy-efficient products for the drying, conveying and dosing of plastic granulates at attractive prices and within short delivery times. We are thus at the same time catering for tool tempering, which is also an important area for processing, explains Peter Kaiser, Sales Manager of MANN+HUMMEL ProTec. Flexibility and quick availability of production facilities are particularly important factors for cost-effectiveness for small and medium-sized injection moulding businesses, where there are generally small to medium-size production levels. Therefore, mostly local material preparation systems which are customised to the respective injection moulding machine are used.
With its proven reliability, our broad SOMOS® range of standard devices and standard systems provides the best conditions, whether for dryers, conveying systems or dosing devices. With this, we are able to flexibly cover a wide range of applications in the material throughput, customised to the respective machine size. Thus we are paying consistent attention to the economical use of energy. All tried-and-tested energy-saving technologies known from the large SOMOS® central drying systems, for example ALAV for adjusting the dry-air volume to the material throughput, are also available in the current mobile dry-air dryers from the SOMOS® T/TF eco series – and at a particularly good price/performance ratio. Our devices can of course be cleaned rapidly and easily when materials need to be changed, stated Kaiser.
MANN+HUMMEL ProTec initially created the new injection moulding teams in the German sales region. Building on this experience, the customer service area, also in the sales organi-sation around the world, will be gradually expanded with employees who are specifically entrusted with finding solutions for injection moulding processing for medium-sized businesses.
