Netstal will be demonstrating its product, sales and service expertise for the Russian market at the Interplastica international plastics fair in Moscow (January 28–31, Hall 3, Stand B22/C11). Visitors can obtain detailed information about the recognized high quality of the injection molding machines and systems in Russia for applications in many areas of industry, as well as the comprehensive range of services related to the products.
Production efficiency and cost effectiveness
For years, Netstal has successfully supported a broad customer base in Russia in their efforts to be competitive by means of efficient and economic production in their respective markets. "It is especially in the beverage packaging, closure and thin-wall packaging sectors that Netstal is a forerunner on the Russian market when it comes to energy-efficient and cost-effective production," said Zachar Antonovsky, Divisional Director of Injection Molding Machinery and Reaction Process Machinery in Russia and CIS. The PET-LINE series is particularly suited for PET preforms, while the EVOS and ELION series are ideal choices for the production of closures and thin-wall packaging. All series are distinguished by their superior reliability, low energy consumption and maximum output. With minimum production costs, these advantages help Netstal’s broad customer base in Russia to produce competitively.
Successful launch of the new products in Russia
Netstal successfully presented three world premieres at last year's drinktec 2013: The PET-LINE 2400, PET-LINE 4000, and the new ELION 4200. Numerous customers and visitors from Russia were impressed and Netstal held a number of successful talks with local customers from the beverage industry. "We are pleased to be delivering the first ELION 4200 and PET-LINE 2400 machines to innovative customers in Russia in the spring of 2014 already. We are certain that our customers will have a significant competitive advantage on a fiercely competitive market using these new products from Netstal," continued Antonovsky.
With the new PET-LINE 2400 and PET-LINE 4000, Netstal is helping its customers improve production and energy efficiency and maximize material and cost savings. Thanks to numerous improvements, Netstal has been able to make cycle times even faster and massively increase output. The new ELION 4200 is based on the established hybrid drive concept. Netstal's drive unit, the innovative Eco Powerunit, takes full advantage of the energy-saving potential of hybrid technology. Thanks to its innovative double-valve technology, injection speeds of up to 2,200 mm/s can be reached at extreme levels of acceleration, which results in material savings, faster cycle times and reduced production costs.
Expansion and strengthening of the service team
Netstal envisages extremely good opportunities for the growth for its high-quality product and service portfolio on the Russian packaging market. In the future, increasing demand will be met even more quickly and efficiently by expanding and further developing existing sales and service structures. "In order to serve our customers even better and more quickly, our stock of spare parts in Russia is being expanded and further positions created in the service sector," added Zachar Antonovsky.
