As a world premiere at this year's drinktec, a new alliance formed by Mold- Masters and partners is proud to announce a brand new series of preform molds. All products are built on the solid foundation of Mold-Masters' core technologies and designed to address specific customer needs in the PET market. The new systems and services have been purpose engineered to provide industry leading fill balance, low shear rate and pressure fill, lower energy consumption and new levels of reliability. All new PET products will be covered by Mold-Masters’ industry leading 10 year warranty program.
Dedicated to the closure industry, Mold-Masters has just recently set a new pace by providing purpose engineered hot runner systems for cycles between 3 and 6 seconds. The new Sprint system uses a unique nozzle tip design coupled with Mold-Masters leading manifold technologies to provide significant performance benefits for beverage closure molders. Sprint systems have 10% lower pressure drops, greater than 90% fill balance and 25% faster color changes than comparable systems in the field. This allows molders to reduce part weights and bring molding costs down to new thresholds.
