Manfred Stanek, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Greiner AG, has asked the Supervisory Board of Greiner AG to terminate his contract by mutual agreement. The Supervisory Board has complied with this request. Manfred Stanek will thus leave the company at the end of the year to take up a new position outside the Greiner Group.

Manfred Stanek joined the plastics and foam company Greiner in 2016 and has shaped the Greiner Packaging division as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for more than six years like no other. Under his leadership, the packaging division has consistently delivered strong economic performance over the years – despite all the crises. Manfred Stanek has positioned Greiner Packaging as a stable and state-of-the-art player in the European packaging market. As COO of Greiner AG, he has also initiated critical personnel and transformative steps across all divisions since the start of 2023. He was also responsible for managing the Greiner Bio-One medical devices division on an interim basis for around six months in 2023.
