Husky Injection Molding Systems today announced two leadership appointments. The company has named Volker Neuber to its executive team as Vice President, Service and Sales, Europe, Middle East and Africa. Volker was previously responsible for growing customer relationships in Western Europe as Vice President, Service and Sales in the region. Volker assumes these responsibilities from Mike Diletti, who will now focus exclusively on Husky’s business in the Americas as Vice President, Service and Sales.
“Volker has demonstrated a clear commitment to providing customers with the best possible solutions for their business,” said John Galt, Husky’s President and CEO. “We will continue to grow our customer relationships across this critical region through his leadership.”
At the same time, Keith Carlton, Vice President, Hot Runners and Molds, and executive team member since 2005, has assumed leadership for all Husky operations globally. With this change, Keith will drive the company’s tooling, machines, systems, parts and service and supply chain strategies as Chief Operating Officer. Mike Evitts, who was previously Vice President, Machines, has decided to leave the organization.
“Keith has made solid advancements with our global tooling business and has implemented programs that have made us leaner, faster and more responsive to our customers’ requirements,” said Galt. “I am confident in his ability to build on this success as we expand our worldwide operations.”
Volker Neuber has been Vice President, Service and Sales, Western Europe since 2004. He holds a degree in economics and computer science from the Academy of Economics and Computer Science in Würzburg, Germany.
Keith Carlton joined Husky in 1999 and has held a number of progressive roles in the company’s operations. He holds a BSc., Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University in New York, a BA, Physics, from State University of New York, Potsdam and an MBA from the College of Saint Rose in Albany, New York.
