We manufacture and supply process valves, valve blocks, pumps, cleaning devices and in-line process connections as well as tank safety and product recovery systems.Over the last 80 years our success has been no accident. We have worked hand-in-hand with our customers to maintain continuous product development that matches process needs and our customers' requirements.
This investment has enabled us to produce technically advanced process components and services for smooth production. Whether you are processing milk, beer, beverages, pasty food or fine chemical products, what counts is the quality of the final product and the efficiency of the production line.
Our components are flexible so they can be adjusted to optimize process parameters and enable high productivity, efficient operation and a constantly high product quality. This is why we are one of the world's leading manufacturers of process components.
On Interpack we will present life our new motor driven orbital cleaners in a tank model. These cleaners are carefully designed and need a minimum of cleaning media, they achieve an optimal cleaning result by means of a strong, mechanical spray pattern. Saving and environment protection are obvious: using a drastically reduced volume of cleaning media also only little volumes of chemicals are needed. The range of our cleaners can execute tank diameters of up to 27 m, the working pressure varies from 0.5 up to 90 bar, and a flow rate of 0.5 up to 67 m³/h can be accomplished.
And of course we present our well-known valve series T-smart, VESTA® and VARIVENT® offering cost-effectiveness for the plant owner and optimized stock- keep-ing, favourably-priced spare parts and low parts diversity. Our valves are the core com-ponent in matrix-piped process plants! They are operationally reliable, easy to maintain and suitable for CIP/SIP operations - and contribute significantly to the highest product quality.
GEA Tuchenhagen offers centrifugal pumps (priming and self-priming) for different ap-plications in the food and dairy industry, brewery and beverage industry as well as in the pharmaceutical, cosmetical and chemical industry. The pumps operate in the flow volume range of up to 220 m3/h and achieves pump heads of up to 90 m WS and has motor power available from 1 – 45 kW.
