Husky Injection Molding Systems today announced that at NPE 2009, it is demonstrating a range of products and services to help customers be more competitive by increasing productivity and improving sustainability. Located in South Hall at S36009, Husky’s booth (16,000 sq ft) is showcasing its innovative new technologies to the industry. “Innovation has always been a driving force for Husky. Our desire to help customers find the best possible solutions for their unique needs has allowed us to offer high performance systems that are optimized for each application,” said Carmen Lowe, Vice President, Service and Sales, North America. “At NPE, we are showcasing a number of new products and services to help customers bring products to market faster, while achieving the highest levels of quality at the lowest part cost.” HyCAP 300 – high output system for beverage closure manufacturing Optimized for speed, reliability and part consistency, the 72-cavity HyCAP™ 300 system is running a lightweight 26 millimeter water closure weighing 0.98 grams at less than 2.5 second cycles. These include the Pro-Act™ flexible maintenance program, as well as the Shotscope® NX process and production monitoring system.
