The Conair Group, Inc. today announced that they have entered into a joint agreement with Husky Injection Molding Systems to provide complete manufacturing solutions for the PET preform market worldwide. Husky is one of the world’s largest suppliers of injection molding equipment and services to the plastics industry. This new global agreement allows for closer integration and joint development of Husky’s injection molding systems and Conair’s plastics auxiliaries systems featuring the latest in PET resin drying technologies.

Husky’s PET preform systems, HyPET, offer the fastest cycle times in the industry. Conair has recently developed EnergySmart™ PET drying technology which offers optimal material conditioning, process control and energy efficiency.
