De Leersnyder has been with the company for 14 years and started her career in the Technical Team in Belgium. She then moved to Franchise Operations, led the marketing team in Denmark and Iceland, drove the commercial agenda in Austria and was General Manager in Bulgaria. As Marketing Director Area North, she successfully built up the teams in Great Britain, Ireland and the Northern European countries with great passion.
Before joining Coca‑Cola, De Leersnyder worked for the management consultancy Bain & Company, where she was responsible for transformation and private equity projects in the FMCG sector. De Leersnyder holds a Masters in Engineering and an MBA from INSEAD in Singapore and France.
