Resilux NV has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of the company Borverk Eurotrade doo Beograd, with production site located in Jabucje (Serbia).
Since 2002, Borverk Eurotrade is specialized in the manufacturing of PET preforms and bottles, representing a turnover of 7,1 million Euro in 2016.
Borverk Eurotrade has grown to one of the regional market leaders in the Balkan area and is recognized as a company that meets the highest business standards.
The acquisition of Borverk Eurotrade forms a fully integrated part of the business strategy of the Resilux Group. Borverk allows Resilux to further improve its footprint in Central and East Europe and is complementary to the production units of Resilux in Greece and Hungary.
Borverk will get access to the large portfolio of products and solutions of Resilux to serve the market of Pet packaging.
The actual management and 37 employees of Borverk Eurotrade will continue to provide their dedicated commitment to the business post transaction.
