BERICAP UK Ltd has continued to invest heavily in state of the art production equipment for plastic beverage closures over the last 6 years. The extensive product range did encompass the 1-piece DoubleSeal closure for PCO 1810, the HexaCap 30/25 water closure, the 28 Thumb’Up®, the 30/25 Thumb’Up® and 28 PUSH PULL sports caps already. In 2009 the product range has been enlarged further with the DoubleSeal SuperShorty® Eco for PCO 1881 in order to prepare for the imminent change to lighter weight neck finishes.
Studying the change in the market from PCO 1810 to PCO 1881 we can see a tremendous trend towards PCO 1881. BERICAP’s technical service has meanwhile gathered a deep knowledge in conversion of more than 50 lines to PCO 1881 and the related DoubleSeal SuperShorty® closure.
As well as the focus on updated production equipment, BERICAP has enhanced the supply chain with a modern IT-system, organisational changes and increasing the warehouse capability. These efforts have resulted in BERICAP UK Ltd receiving the award of COCA COLA Enterprises Europe as the supplier with the best performance improvement. We are very proud of this award and will continue to work on improving our products and services to our customers.
