The increase in turnover is a result of higher resin costs but also due to the expansion of the sales volume in 2012. With the start of a new manufacturing facility in Argentina BERICAP Group gradually extends its global presence.
BERICAP predicts a further growth of its activity for 2013 with numerous factory extensions and the start of a second manufacturing site in China.
The trend of closure light weighting which started in 2007, continues also in 2013 in the carbonated soft drinks and water market. This trend is meanwhile accompanied by the desire of customers for more customer specific and consumer friendly closure solutions.
